"Leaky package and poor sealing"
My package showed up crushed and messy. The lid didn’t seem to be sealed properly, so the product leaked all over inside the box. that makes me a bit uncomfortable since it’s something meant to be used near the eyes. Has anyone else had the same issue with the packaging?

"Helpful, but the wait was frustrating"
I ordered from weloveeyes.com and had a question about my order, so I reached out to customer service. They did get back to me eventually, but this is where it got annoying, it took longer than I expected, and I was kind of stuck waiting for an answer.

Once they replied, they were nice and helped me with what I needed, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish the response time had been faster, especially when you’re trying to get info about an order.

"Not really my kind of product"
I wasn’t a big fan of this one. To me, the ingredients made it feel a bit cheap, and overall it just didn’t seem like the right fit for what I was looking for

"Pretty good, but I’m still cautious"
I do like that weloveeyes seems really focused on eye safety, really focused, and the info on the site was helpful. Shipping was totally fine too. That said, I still felt a little unsure about a few product details, so I’d definitely double-check everything before using it anywhere near my eyes.

"Barely removed my makeup, and the verification was annoying"
This didn’t really take my makeup off well at all. I still had to go back in with another remover to get everything off. On top of that, having to deal with repeated verification was super annoying and made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I really wanted to like this, I really did, but after just one use my eyelids started stinging and got red. My skin is super sensitive, so maybe it’s just a me thing, but yeah, I won’t be using it again.

"I used this for a while hoping..."
I used this for a while hoping it would calm down my eyelid irritation, but my lids stayed red and cranky the whole time. I even remember putting it on one night while eating crackers over the sink for some reason, and the next morning they still looked just as annoyed. Unfortunately, it just didn’t help me

"My skin just didn’t agree with it"
I really wanted this to work for me, but after using it my eyelids got red and super itchy. I’ve tried plenty of skincare products before and usually don’t react this badly, so it caught me off guard. I stopped after two days because it just wasn’t worth it. Maybe it works for others, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have sensitive skin. Disappointing.

"No relief for my dry eyes"
I bought this thinking it might finally help with my dry eyes, but I didn’t feel any difference. I used it exactly the way it said to, and my eyes were still scratchy and tired afterward. For the price, I expected at least a little bit of comfort. The whole thing felt unnecessary for me. Maybe it works better for other people, but I wouldn’t buy it again

"The wording made it sound gentler than it is"
I tried this once and couldn’t get past the scent. It was so strong that it bothered my eyes almost right away. The wording made it seem like it would be a lot more mild or easy to use, which feels misleading to me. Definitely not what I expected.

"Helped a Bit, but I’m Still on the Fence"
I tried this for my blepharitis and did notice my mornings were a little less crusty, which was nice. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. That said, it wasn’t a huge difference for me, so I’m not totally sure if I’d call it a win yet. I’d be curious to see if other people had better results with it. For now, I’d say it helped some, but not enough for me to rate it higher than 3 stars.

"Shipping took forever..."
My order took way longer to arrive than I thought it would. I’m usually fine waiting a few days, but this felt really slow... and the tracking updates didn’t help much either.

The items themselves might be okay, but the long delivery time made the whole experience frustrating. I don’t think I’d order again unless the shipping improves...

"Helped a bit, but those little jerks came back"
I bought this for demodex mites around my eyes, hoping it would finally calm things down. It did make my lids feel cleaner for a little while, so I’ll give it that, but the itching and crusty gunk still came back like the annoying little freeloaders they are. I used it regularly too, so it’s not like I barely tried. Maybe it works better if your case is super mild, but for me it was just okay and kind of pricey for what it actually did

They had some good options, but the selection felt a bit limited. I’m always a little worried about getting fooled by nice-looking listings or promises, so I looked around carefully. Overall it was okay, I just wish they had more to choose from.

so I was able to find what I needed without too much trouble, and the site was generally easy to use. A couple of pages felt a little slow or not super clear, but nothing that stopped me from ordering. Checkout was fine too, just not as smooth as some other online shops I’ve used.

I used it exactly as directed and really wanted to like it. The packaging is nice, so at least it looks like something that should work, but I didn’t notice any real improvement. For the price, I expected a bit more, so it was kind of disappointing.

"I gave the tea tree oil cleanser from..."
I gave the tea tree oil cleanser from We Love Eyes a try, but my eyes were not having it. It started stinging quickly, my eyelids felt hot afterward.

I did follow the directions and only used it a couple times before stopping, but every time I tried again the irritation came right back.

Maybe it’s fine for people who can handle tea tree oil, but it was just way too harsh for me. I wouldn’t buy it again.
